Eyes are most important organ in our body. Our eyes show the inner beauty. The eyes are not only to see the beauty of the world, but also it is mirrors of our soul. Sparkling and bright eyes are looking very attractive, everybody wants to get rid of any eye disease and also want a bright pair of eye. Here are some remedies of sparkling and bright eyes, which are as follows-

MILK

If you drink cold milk, then it will help for your tiredness of the eyes. If you are very busy in your working days and feel tired, and then drink milk, it will good for relaxation of your eyes. Drink at least 1 glass of cold milk and if you wanted to add some ice cubes, then add some ice cubes in milk. Take some cotton and makes balls from using it, and soak for a minute in milk. Now lie down in a bed for few times. You can place a towel on your head, and closed your eyes over it. Use milk soaked cotton balls in your eyes at least 15 to 20 minutes, then washes your face properly and uses a moisturizer as well.

EXERCISE

Learn some simple eye exercises from your eye specialist for relaxation to your eyes. Take at least 15 to 20 minutes for eye exercise; it is also better for your eyes, if you can a practice these exercises when you are going for a sleep. Take a pen and moves everywhere in front of your eyes. And make concentrate your eyes on the tip of the pen.

MINT LEAVES

Take some few leaves of mint, honey and almond oil and mix all together; it will help to your eyes for making an energizing and relaxing also. By applying this paste your eyes will look sparkling and brighter each day. Just use this mixture before going to a bed at night. Take a few leaves of mint. Add some quantity of water in it and mix properly. Now bring out the juice of mint leaves, and add some little amount of drops of almond oil and take some amount of honey in it. Use this paste in your eyes before going for a sleep.

HYDRATE THE EYES

If you are working on a laptop or computer, so it will need don’t stare at a screen for too long. Just blink your eyes again and again for working on a laptop or computer. Take a break for a few hours from a laptop or computer screen; it is necessary for your eyes to rest.

WATER

It is very beneficial for our eyes, if we drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. It helps to clean harmful substances from our body. Water also helps to facilitate to get rid of inflammation of our eyes.
