DIET

Our diet plays a significant role in our hair just like skin.  Here are 3 types of hairs classifications, according to the different hair of women which are as follows-

  • If your hair is normal, then you will need to eat, if you are a non vegetarian then eat fish, meat and chicken. And if you are vegetarian then include in your diet pulses and sprouts.
  • If your hair is dry, so you will require eating raw vegetables, brown and white rice, bananas, nuts, and vitamin E capsules.
  • If your hair is oily, then include green leafy vegetables, salads, fresh fruits and fresh yogurt.

EGGS

Eggs are very good for your hairs. If you will apply eggs on your scalp at least 2 to 3 days in a week, you will see it will help to moisturizer your hairs and white portion of the eggs remove unwanted oils in the hairs. Eggs works like a conditioner for your normal hair. If your hairs are dry, apply egg yolks and if your hairs are oily, then use the white portion of eggs. After washing your hairs with a warm hot water only.

HONEY AND OLIVE OIL

When you go outside to work or anything, you will face sun rays which are harmful for your hairs. If you wanted to come out from this problem then follow some tips which are as follows-

  • Take a half cup bowl of honey and 2 tablespoons of olive oil and mix both properly, then apply this mixture on your hair and massage in your hair.
  • Wash your hairs after 15 to 20 minutes.

Olive oil works like conditioner in your hair and honey is for anti bacterial and works like conditioner also.

MASSAGE

If you want healthy and beautiful hair then, take a few times for your hair and massage your scalp, it will help to stimulate circulation in your hair. You can use coconut, almond and amla oil for massage. Massage on your scalp by using any oil and leave it for some hour and after wash your hair using any good shampoo.
